James was a guest of Minnesota’s World War II Roundtable event on March 10, 2020 where he and a veteran of the 17th Airborne Division discussed WWII’s largest airborne operation into Germany as part of the Rhine River at Wesel. The event was hosted at the Minnesota History Center in downtown St. Paul.
